The Pepin Area School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated 4-year-old Kindergarten (4K) Teacher to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support young learners' early childhood development through engaging, play-based learning experiences. • Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices.
• Ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to integrate play-based learning, literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development into daily instruction.
• Current knowledge of Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS) and Pyramid Model implementation preferred.
