Elementary Principal
The Unified School District of Antigo is seeking a transformational leader to serve as an Elementary Principal. This is an exciting opportunity to lead in a progressive, student-centered district that is dedicated to academic excellence and innovative learning.

We are seeking a visionary instructional leader who is passionate about academic excellence, high expectations for students and staff, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture. The successful candidate will:
- Lead strong instructional practices through data-driven Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
- Provide effective feedback through Educator Effectiveness to enhance teacher growth.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on evidence-based instructional practices.
- Partner with staff, families, and community members to build meaningful relationships.
- Support a whole-district approach to problem-solving and programmatic changes.
Qualifications:
- Must hold or be eligible for a Wisconsin Administrative License.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, MTSS and PBIS.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
- Experience utilizing technology to enhance instruction and operations.
- Flexible, creative, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
