Elementary Principal

We are seeking a visionary instructional leader who is passionate about academic excellence, high expectations for students and staff, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture. The successful candidate will:

• Lead strong instructional practices through data-driven Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
• Provide effective feedback through Educator Effectiveness to enhance teacher growth.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on evidence-based instructional practices.
• Partner with staff, families, and community members to build meaningful relationships.
• Support a whole-district approach to problem-solving and programmatic changes.

Qualifications:

• Must hold or be eligible for a Wisconsin Administrative License.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, MTSS and PBIS.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
• Experience utilizing technology to enhance instruction and operations.
• Flexible, creative, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
