The Wauwatosa School District (WSD) is seeking candidates interested in serving as an ORW Aide for the Wauwatosa School District.

The Operations Relief Worker Aide performs varied work. This position focuses on performing custodial, maintenance and grounds work for the District. The tasks in this position tend to be seasonal in nature.

  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license preferred

  • Will need to be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Basic technology skills, including ability to use Google Docs, Excel, Internet, email, and word processing software

  • Effective public and human relations skills

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible work hours to accommodate the needs of the District

  • Ability to operate equipment, including vacuums, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, swing scrubbers, and other maintenance equipment

  • Ability to operate exterior equipment, including equipment used for cutting grass, snow removal, tree removal, bed maintenance, athletic field repairs and maintenance, and other outdoor tasks

  • Ability to read directions required for work performance

Ability to maintain positive working relationships by communicating and cooperating with colleagues, students, parents, and members of the community.
