At Aldo Leopold Community School we believe that great teachers and staff are crucial to student learning.  We are individuals who demonstrate a relentless drive to improve the minds, characters, and lives of students both in and out of school. Our teachers and staff show unwavering commitment to youth achieving greatness.

We are smart, problem-solving individuals who work as part of a dynamic team.  We are self-reflective leaders who work relentlessly to close the achievement gap.

At Aldo Leopold Community School, good teachers and staff become great teachers and staff. Faculty members participate in frequent pedagogical discussions and spend time together each summer strengthening practice. We benefit from the mentorship of our peers. We welcome observation, guidance, and coaching to improve our practice.

Aldo Leopold Community School teachers and staff teach until our students learn. With extended learning opportunities and a unique calendar, Aldo Leopold Community School offers the time students need to reach their goals. We are seeking an Associate Principal who leads with heart and knows that strong systems to support students gives them opportunity.

Working in collaboration with our principal and our student services team to deliver systemized and individualized supports that allow students to remain in classrooms and teachers to deliver instruction, is the leader our community seeks. We are looking for someone who will make a commitment to our school and who is able to pivot to meet the ever changing demands in schools.

The ability to elevate parent participation to a decision making level is a strength we need on our team.
