The Cedarburg School District seeks a highly dedicated and intrinsically motivated District Data and Assessment Coordinator. Applicants must possess the requisite knowledge and skills to independently perform the expected duties, while demonstrating the most positive of attitudes. Candidates must be adept at fostering mutually respectful relationships with students, parents, colleagues and community members. A tireless work ethic and sense of humor are mandatory.

This is a non-teaching, 12-month (year round) exempt (salary) position, but certified educators with an interest and aptitude for being a District Assessment Coordinator are encouraged to apply.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
This is a non-teaching, 12-month (year round) exempt (salary) position, but certified educators with an interest and aptitude for being a District Assessment Coordinator are encouraged to apply.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- function as the product owner and in-house expert with regards to the use of Skyward Student Information System including building and maintain system processes, procedures, accuracy, robustness, completeness, and security;
- coordinate the accurate compilation and submission of required data in the student information system (Skyward) for the Department of Public Instruction with respect to WISEData, state and federal reporting;
- work closely with building secretaries to coordinate and support the appropriate use of the SIS;
- coordinate and provide support and training for all users of the student information system;
- coordinate and facilitate the administration of district and state assessments with school assessment teams;
- coordinate the functions of the district data and assessment software systems including establishing staff accounts with appropriate permission levels and coordinating training for existing and new users;
- design and oversee processes for the effective collection, maintenance, and storage of student assessment data;
- function as a member of the teaching and learning team involving in the formulation of procedures and in decision-making processes related to the effective and appropriate use of student information and assessment data;
- prepare data and reports for district staff to support improving student learning and achievement;
- design and disseminate student data in an easy-to-use format that supports district/school goal setting;
- prepare reports for the Superintendent, Administration, the School Board, staff, parents and other stakeholders;
- analyze and make corrections regarding the exchange of data between various software applications at the state and local levels;
- maintain a high degree of confidentiality and follow district policies and procedures;
- use effective written and verbal communication skills to present information and respond to questions;
- and assume other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
