The Norris School District seeks an innovative and flexible Math Learning Specialist with a growth mindset to join the academic team at Norris Academy (Mukwonago Hub). This practitioner will be a design thinker, utilizing a comprehensive Learner's Profile to collaborate with students in developing personalized Learning Plans (PLPs). These PLPs will outline individual goals, personalized pathways, and aligned learning experiences designed to meet academic, citizenship, employability, and wellness competency goals. Through a cyclical process, learners will demonstrate evidence of competency mastery, leading to profile updates and plan revisions. The Learning Specialist will also lead small group and individual academic labs, focusing primarily on mathematics for middle and high school learners.

A Mathematics and/or Alternative Education certification is required. While we prioritize candidates with these certifications, we will also consider a broad range of other certifications and experiences. Strong technology skills are preferred.
