Provides an exemplary first impression for all District Office guests. Offers exceptional service to both external and internal customers. Performs clerical duties that support the effective management of building operations and routes all incoming phone calls. This is a full year, part time position working 27.5 hours/week, Monday thru Friday. Starting wage is $18.00/hour. Start date is as soon as possible. This is not a benefits eligible position based on ACA guidelines.

Key Accountabilities:
Customer Service: Provide best-in-class first impressions of the District through professionalism, warm hospitality, attentive service and effective communication with all guests in the learning community. Ensure a tidy, minimalist lobby appearance.
Professional Excellence: Facilitate accurate coordination of a multi-line phone and messaging system. Ability to navigate the connection of district experts with guests in reference to key processes and contacts. Thoughtful discretion in maintaining confidential staff and student information.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to support the School and Community Relations team, as well as, the Superintendent's office.
Daily Operations: Assists with the collection of district payments and fees. Responsible for accurate and effective maintenance of the District Office online conference room calendar, mailroom operations and maintaining front desk processes.
Post-secondary business school training or equivalent secretarial work experience is desirable; high school diploma required.  Skill testing may be administered for eligible candidates.
