We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reading Teacher to join our team and help our students develop a love for reading and improve literacy skills across all grade levels.  We welcome all applicants who are passionate about helping students succeed in reading.

Job Description:
The Unified School District of Antigo is seeking a Reading Teacher to support students in building strong literacy skills. This role focuses on providing small-group and individualized reading instruction to help students succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Support students with targeted reading instruction.
• Use assessments to monitor progress and guide instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support literacy development.
• Communicate with families about student progress.
• Participate in professional development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Teaching License with a Reading Teacher 1316 or Reading Specialist 5017 License (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience or interest in literacy instruction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
