CESA 7 is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologists to provide in-person/virtual services within the Greater Green Bay area.
Opportunity:
The Speech and Language Pathologist will function as part of CESA 7's Special Education team, providing comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in multiple school districts.
Duties:
- Assess, screen, and evaluate students referred for concerns using accurate and current assessments
- Collaborate as an active IEP team member - developing appropriate goals, benchmarks, treatment plans and strategies
- Design and deliver specially designed instruction to students needing services in the area of speech and language
- Develop treatment plans and therapeutic programs
- Maintain records
- Complete treatment logs, Medicaid billing, and other related documentation
- Conduct in-service programs on a variety of speech and language topics
- Consult with and train parents, teachers, and support staff
- Identify students with AAC needs
- Management a caseload that consists of multiple students from multiple districts
