Seeds of Health, Inc., a non-profit social service agency, is seeking a full-time Director of Student Services for the 2025-2026 school year that would serve all five campuses within the Seed of Health: Grandview High School, Seeds of Health Elementary (K4-8), Tenor High School - Cathedral Square Campus, Tenor High School - Journal Square Campus, and Veritas High School.
The Director of Student Services is responsible for agency-wide development, direction, coordination and evaluation of all programs and services in the student services department. Programs and services may include, but are not limited to, special education, section 504 compliance, health services, guidance and counseling, mental health services, homebound instruction, transportation services, and English Language Learner services. The Director of Student Services is responsible for ensuring programs and services are in conformance to agency, state, and federal objectives and laws; planning, designing and maintaining adequate staffing to ensure objectives of programs and services are achieved within budget.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills are required. Skill at organizing resources and establishing priorities. Experience supervising staff and managing budgets is required. Excellent teamwork skills are essential. The ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse individuals at all levels is required. Must have excellent planning and organizational skills. A strong working knowledge of computer applications to include Google products, is required. Must be able to juggle numerous responsibilities with varying deadlines. The ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports is required.
Education: Master’s degree in Education, Education Administration, or related field. Wisconsin Administrative Certification: Director of Special Education and Pupil Services (#80).
Experience: Minimum of three years teaching experience in K-12 setting. Three years of K-12 school administrative experience.
Special Conditions of Employment: Valid State of Wisconsin driver’s license and automobile insurance. Use of a personal vehicle for Agency business is required.

Seeds of Health is a K-12 district with a total of five schools: Seeds of Health Elementary School (K4-8), Veritas High School, Tenor High School - Journal Square Campus, Tenor High School - Cathedral Square Campus, and Grandview High School.
