Part Time
This position will be Thursdays and Fridays (13.5 total hours per week).
8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Library Aide (3 hours)
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Playground/Lunch Monitor (2 hours)
1:00 - 1:30 PM Lunch
1:30 - 3:15 PM Library Aide (1.75 hours)
The Library Media Specialist Aide supports the Library Media Specialist in providing an organized and fully functional media center for students and staff, including providing timely and efficient access to information and technology resources. The Playground & Lunch Monitor works as a team supervising students during lunchtime and recess periods on school grounds, ensuring their safety and appropriate behavior while maintaining a positive and orderly environment.
Pay is $17.79 per hour.
1. High school graduate or equivalent and two years of related experience, or directly related vocational degree and one year of related experience.
2. Demonstrable ability to work with elementary age students as evidenced by prior experience.
3. Demonstrated computer experience and keyboarding skills.
4. Basic mechanical skills and ability.
5. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds occasionally.

10. Successful completion of district provided training and basic first aid and blood-borne pathogens training.
