We are seeking a compassionate Fourth Grade Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to meeting the unique needs of students with diverse learning profiles and will possess a deep commitment to fostering students academic, social, and emotional growth.

 

• Develop and implement lessons to encourage individual student growth.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students across various academic subjects, employing a variety of instructional strategies tailored to individual learning styles and needs.
• Utilize technology, materials, and instructional techniques to facilitate student learning and engagement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom climate that promotes acceptance, respect, and belonging for all students.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure the seamless integration of special education services within the school community.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress, identify areas of need, and adjust instructional plans accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on student progress, share strategies for reinforcement at home, and solicit feedback on interventions and supports.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and to continuously refine teaching practices.
