Seeds of Health, Inc., a non-profit social service agency, is seeking a full-time special education teacher for the 2025-2026 school year at our Seeds of Health Elementary Program.
The qualified candidate must currently possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin DPI license in cross-categorical special education #1801.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students in the heart of Milwaukee and will be committed to ensuring their growth both academically and socially. The candidate must possess a vast array of knowledge and/or experience of learning strategies that support students in meeting their IEP goals. The candidate must have the ability to successfully develop and implement annual IEP goals and adeptly motivate students, establish strong rapport with both students and their families, and collaborate effectively within a professional learning community.

Seeds of Health is a K-12 district with a total of five schools: Seeds of Health Elementary School (K4-8), Veritas High School, Tenor High School - Journal Square Campus, Tenor High School - Cathedral Square Campus, and Grandview High School.
