Position Details
The School District of Auburndale is seeking qualified applicants to lead our Middle/High School for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond. Great communication skills, focus on relationships, strong understanding of PLC’s, and a willingness to do what needs to be done for the good of the cause are all musts for this position.
The Auburndale School District is a small, rural district located conveniently between Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids and Marshfield. We have two school buildings on our campus that house our Elementary School and the Middle/High School. We are committed to providing quality educational programming and opportunities for a small school and are an attractive destination for students and families looking for a more personal touch in a small school. Evidence of this are our net open-enrollment numbers that have exceeded 60 students per year for many years.
Our students are respectful, engaged in community service, outreach, and many curricular and co-curricular activities. Our high school students organize and promote multiple annual events throughout the year that bring thousands to Auburndale including a corn maze/sunflower field, Pumpkin Glow, Ice Glow, and a Tractor Day Parade aimed to fundraise $20,000 for a family in need. Our students also hold a bi-weekly coffee clutch for community members and veterans. Our small community always has something to look forward to!
