The School District of Amery seeks a special education teacher to join our team of highly motivated, collaborative and dedicated professionals at Amery High School. Our special services teams are committed to providing evidence-based and forward-thinking services to serve students and families. As a member of a student support team, the ideal candidate will have experience teaching students with diverse educational and emotional needs, familiarity with case-management and special education eligibility process and exhibit a passion for engaging high school learners. Experience operating within the frameworks of multi-level systems of support, collaborative teaching and response to intervention preferred. The School District of Amery is a public PK-12 district of approximately 1,300 students in four buildings on one campus. Amery is one of the highest achieving districts in Western Wisconsin. The City of Amery is known as the '"City of Lakes" and is comprised of four lakes and the Apple River.
