The Ashwaubenon School District is seeking an innovative educational leader to assume the
primary leadership responsibilities for the development, coordination, and evaluation of all
curricular, instructional, and assessment programs to promote optimum learning conditions
in the classroom.
Ashwaubenon is a district of destination with over one third of the student body joining our
learning community through the open enrollment process.
We strive to cultivate relationships that enhance student learning. Partnerships with our
community are a long-standing point of pride. A strong partnership with the Village of
Ashwaubenon and its community members resulted in the approval of a $20.9 million referendum.
A state of the art Performing Arts Center, a community/competition swimming pool complex, two
staff onsite health and wellness clinics, and the Ashwaubenon Community Center are symbols of this
invaluable collaboration.
A successful candidate for this position will possess effective communication and collaborative skills
and be able to establish partnerships with students, parents, staff and the community. A background
in leading and/or participating in a professional learning community is desired.
