Position:  Head Coach, Girls Softball

Reports to:  Activities Director

Summary: 

Lourdes Academy High School is seeking a dynamic individual to serve in a leadership role in the position of Head Coach, Girls Softball.

Candidates should have high character to lead and direct all phases of a high school softball program. Qualified applicants should possess a high level of sport knowledge, high school or college playing and/or coaching experience, and a strong desire to develop & motivate student-athletes while working effectively within a high school environment.

This position is responsible for administering all activities associated to the softball program including, but not limited to, instructing athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary to realize a degree of individual and team success. The student athlete will receive instruction that will lead to the formation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior and self-confidence. The coach will provide a safe environment where the athlete feels valued.
