Caregivers provide supervision and activities for children before and after school as part of the Hudson School District School Age Care program. Full day care is also provided during school breaks and other non-school days. Caregivers work with the help of the School Age Care Lead.
Hudson School Age Care is dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for children that complements and enriches their educational experience in Hudson Schools.
- Children learn through a variety of activities such as art, science, writing, reading, math, games, social skills, gym time, outdoor play, and unstructured play.
- Children are encouraged to explore their own interests, develop friendships and grow in confidence, independence and respect for themselves and others.
Connection and relationship building is at the core of our work. We recognize that children live in all types of families. We strive to have open communication with primary caregivers in order to best support their children.
Every member of the School Age Care team is committed to working together to create a welcoming, caring and supportive environment for all children and each other.
