Position Details
- Required Qualifications: Possesses those characteristics which will promote success in fulfilling the job goals.
- A minimum of High School diploma or equivalency.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently and proven self-directed work ethic.
- Demonstrate competency in the following areas:
- End-user support for FAC software and hardware including: light board, sound board, microphones
- Problem-solving skills and ability to problem solve
- Ability to plan, gather, and organize equipment to be used by administration, staff and students, and outside parties.
- Possess strong knowledge of audio and lighting systems, including digital consoles, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and lighting fixtures.
- Experience with industry-standard software, such as IonXe, Yamaha - QL5, Roland, & Crestron.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaboratively and positively with all system users.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and carry out work without continuous supervision.
- Experience with theatrical lighting design and operation.
- Experience with live sound reinforcement and recording.
- To provide end-user technical support for the Fine Arts Center for Lighting and Audio.
- Demonstrate a deep-rooted sense of duty, high moral standards and clear self-purpose which serves to accomplish the mission and purpose of the District and is supportive to others.
- Demonstrate optimism in both expressive and receptive communication skills while developing sincere positive relationships with fellow employees and others.
- Leverage technical skills to support a variety of events such as theater productions, concerts, lectures, or conferences.

Terms of Employment: Limited term only. Position to begin ASAP. No benefits are associated with this position. No guarantee hours.
