The Randolph School District is searching for highly qualified individuals to apply for the Middle School Track Co-Head Coach position.
Interested individuals must be, or be willing to acquire, CPR certification and NFHS Coaching certification if not holding a Wisconsin Teaching License and employed by a School District.

Individuals applying for this position must be able to execute the following expectations:
Teach the fundamentals, skills, and techniques to prepare the athlete for High School while using basic instruction for Middle School understanding.
Follow program expectations and policies developed by the High School Head Coach, Activities Director, and Randolph School District.
Evaluate, support, and constructively correct athletes to assist in the development of a well-rounded sprinter, runner, jumper, or thrower.
Follow the High School Head Coaches’ lead in developing the Track program.
Able to assist with off season workouts.

Attend all practices, meets, and any meetings as well as assisting with the High School Track meets.
Conduct yourself as a professional, show great sportsmanship, and be a role model for the student-athletes.
Encourage off- season training and weightlifting to help the athletes develop skills.
Promote the activity of Track to the Randolph Community.
Manage and uphold the same expectations for your program’s athletes as the District holds for the coaches.
Practices generally run from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Practices begin the second week of March and run until the second week of May. Meets are often Tuesday and Thursday. Meets start at 4:00 PM. The schedule will offer anywhere from five to seven competitions.
Individuals applying for this position should be interested to coach these programs for at least 2-4 years, minimum.
Compensation: $1,787.50
