Permanent 12 month position
Full Time
 
This position is responsible for all non-server/non-network specific computer and audio-visual equipment including, but not limited to:
• Assist in managing Google Suite for District
• Any District desktop computer and software
• Any District laptop/notebook computer and software
• Any District tablet computer
• Any District mobile device including cell phones and music players
• Any District network and phone cabling
• Any District Technology equipment
• Maintaining inventory records for equipment
• Supervise student workers when appropriate
• In the theater, operate lighting and sound board equipment
• Any additional duties as assigned by supervisor
 
• Google Suite Administrator Certificate or ability to obtain the certificate within 6 months of hire.
• Associates degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, A+ certification, or demonstrate equivalent skills through work experience.
• Proficient in the operation of technology, organizational and office management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to perform duties with awareness of all District requirements and Board of Education policies.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and utilize sophisticated network software; ability to identify and solve problems involving hardware and software applications.
• Ability to work independently, initiate tasks, organize, meet deadlines, and deal with confidential matters.
• Highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding interpersonal relationships along with ability to develop/maintain positive rapport with staff and respond as a team member.
