POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Greenfield High School is seeking a full-time, school-year, administrative support professional to join our students services team. Our ideal candidate will exhibit an ability to build positive relationships with our diverse population of students, colleagues, and families, and a passionate commitment to working with teenagers with the belief that all students can achieve at high levels.

 

KEY TASKS AND ABILITIES:

STUDENT CONTACT

  • Serve as the primary receptionist and initial point of contact for students who visit the counseling office during the day. Manage attendance tracking and pass writing for students who visit the office. 

  • Monitor and supervise students who are in the office to take a regulation break during the day.

  • Train and supervise student office aides


ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Provide administrative support services for annual student services events including, but not limited to, Freshman Information Night, FAFSA Nights, Post-Secondary Fair, Senior Recognition and Scholarship Ceremony, Open House, and Back-to-School Night.

  • Manage student files including cumulative folders and transcripts.

  • Support student scholarship application processes

  • Manage the student services Google Classroom, webpage, and social media sites

  • Oversee the scheduling process for the school’s academic flex period. 

  • Ability to create, proofread, and format office communications.

  • Provide administrative support to our work-based learning program and track appropriate data in support of our Career and Technical Education programs.


COMPUTER PROFICIENCIES NEEDED

  • Infinite Campus (or other Student Information System experience)

  • Google Docs for Schools & Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

  • Canva, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

 
A High School Diploma is required; an Associate/Bachelor Degree is preferred.
