Full Time
The position is school year full-time, 7.5 hours per day from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with benefits.

Job Goals:
1. Provide students with academic, time management, and organizational skills, resulting in high levels of achievement.
2. Facilitate a safe study hall environment conducive to learning, resulting in high levels of student achievement. 
3. Identify students needing academic assistance and coordinate a student schedule to address guided study, intervention, and enrichment opportunities during Resource Hour. 
4. Gather and organize data related to student academic and behavioral performance to be used by various intervention systems. 

Performance Responsibilities:
-      Attend to the personal and academic needs of students.
-      Manage and maintain the routine operation of the study hall and administer established policies and procedures.
-      Implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Restorative Practices.  Manage and work with students in a non-confrontational manner, including the practice of de-escalation techniques.
-      Refer students for necessary curriculum content support.  A primary method would be to investigate Resource Hour options and schedule the student to the appropriate academic offering through communication with staff and using technology.
-      Assist students with subject matter individually and/or in small groups.
-      Perform academic and systems data collection and record keeping.
-      Maintain accurate student attendance.
-      Navigate multiple technology programs and platforms to complete job tasks, including, but not limited to Google Docs, Google Email, Google Calendar, Canvas, Skyward, FlexiSched, and Chromebooks.
-      Maintain regular communication regarding student needs with educational staff and administration through electronic and in-person methods.
-      Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information related to students, staff, and workplace situations.
-      Perform other related work and duties as assigned by supervisors.
