The Stevens Point Area Public School District has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant who will report and provide administrative support to the Superintendent. Hours for this position are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, but require flexibilty to attend School Board meetings normally held once per month in the evening hours.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and expertise:
• 3 years of administrative assistant experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 3 years of administrative assistant experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Clerical skills, including bookkeeping, office procedures, operation of office and media equipment, project management, and experience with Google Apps for Education or Business, Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheet, and database management.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Robert’s Rules of Order a plus!
• Excellent keyboarding skills.
