The Nicolet Union High School District is seeking a proactive, highly-dedicated, intrinsically-motivated Network Support Technician who will plan, supervise, and manage all aspects of the district’s computer/network environment to keep the environment optimally functional, secure and sustainable for the purpose of enhancing educational opportunities and maximizing student learning. This position services a single building campus for students in grades 9-12. Applicants for this position must possess the requisite knowledge and skills to perform the expected duties with a positive, respectful attitude and with minimal direction. Candidates must also be adept at building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, community members, students, and parents.
 

The Nicolet Union High School District is a four year public high school with a multicultural student population of approximately 1100 students.   • An associate (or higher) degree in computer systems, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows in a domain environment.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Apple OS, ChromeOS.
  • Experience with managing and troubleshooting ethernet network switching, wireless networking, and IP routing.
  • Experience with managing directory services and user account management Strong troubleshooting skills.
