The School District of La Crosse is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Head Boys Lacrosse Coach for the Central/Logan High School Co-Op for the 2024-2025 season. This co-op also includes Aquinas, Holmen, Onalaska, West Salem, and Luther High Schools.
Reports To: Activities Director - Central High School
Minimum Performance Expectations:
1. Work under the direction of the Activities Director - Central High School
2. Supervise and coordinate the assistant coaches.
3. Adhere to the co-curricular code and rules of all schools of the coop.
4. Communicate regularly with the Activities Director and Administrative Assistant - Central High School.
5. Keep current to the appropriate coaching methodologies.
6. Keep inventory of equipment and uniforms and assist in the ordering of equipment and supplies.
7. Maintain a positive line of communication with the media and report all scores.
8. Maintain a line of communication to parents and athletes using appropriate platforms.
9. Follow all policies of the WIAA.
10. Attend all conference related meetings.
11. Model appropriate professional behavior.
Salary: Per Appendix B of the negotiated agreement - School District of La Crosse

Qualifications:
1. Prior coaching experience is strongly encouraged, but not required.
2. First Aid, CPR, AED, and Vector training per district guidelines.
