Saint Maria Goretti is accepting applications for a dynamic educator to teach elementary and middle school students in Madison and Monona, WI. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

 

● Commitment to Catholic Identity and forming students in their love of Jesus Christ.

● Commitment to continued development of his/her personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

● Commitment to training the whole child (bodies, minds, and spirits)

● Ability to embed differentiation in daily instruction to meet the needs of a wide range of students.

● Commitment to collaboration and reflection within a school community dedicated to continuous improvement.

● Ability to adjust instruction based on formative assessment data.

● Ability to communicate effectively to form partnerships with families.

● Ability to reflect on practice.

● Valid Wisconsin teaching certificate in the subject area of employment - preferred.  Preferred licenses are Physical Education, Adaptive PE, and/or Health

 

A background in Physical Education and Health instruction is preferred; teacher creativity is valued. The successful candidate will be team-oriented, flexible, and possess a growth mindset in pursuit of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
