General Summary:
• Willow Springs Learning Center; One position available
• Grades K4
• 7 hours/day, 4 days/week
• 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

Position Goal: Under the direction of the classroom teacher, assist students on an individual basis or in small groups with academic and/or social skills; assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and aid in correcting papers; supervise students on the playground and other duties as assigned.
 
Compensation: Starting at $19.38/hour.

Ability to build strong relationships with children and adults, ability to communicate instructions and directions clearly and effectively to students, experience working with computers, possess strong communication, collaboration, problem solving and organization skills; previous work in a classroom setting and/or teaching experience preferred.
