The Ashwaubenon School District is seeking an individual to fill the part time position of
Educational Associate - Clerk, effective August 21, 2024, the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
Position is available at Valley View Elementary School, Grades K-5. Hours are 3.5 hours/day,

Position is available at Valley View Elementary School, Grades K-5. Hours are 3.5 hours/day,
afternoons, Monday through Friday. This is a 9 month position, work calendar will closely follow
the student calendar each year.
Under the direction of school administrator, performs secretarial duties that support
the delivery of educational services and the effective management of building operations
in the most efficient, effective, and courteous manner possible. This position will include a
heavy emphasis on customer service - for parents, students, staff, community members
and others. In addition, this position will closely assist and support staff with student attendance.

9. Equivalent secretarial work experience is desirable; high school diploma required.
