Our school is seeking a dedicated and talented Middle School Science and Math Teacher to add to our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in both math and science. As a teacher in our middle school, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, using standards-based grading practices, and working with our team of educators to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Our greatest asset and the quality of our school is greatly determined by the caliber of the staff we hire. Responsibilities:
* Assess student progress toward grade level standards and mastery, and provide regular feedback to students and parents
* Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
* Maintain an organized environment and adhere to school policies and procedures
* Attend and participate in school meetings, events and professional development opportunities
* Integrate technology into lessons to engage students in meaningful ways

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
* Teaching certification for middle school ( all math and science licensures considered)
* Experience teaching math and science
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other educators and staff
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
