REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma, or equivalent, required.

Valid driver’s license required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & DISPOSITIONS

Perform floor, wall and ceiling care operations efficiently.

Empty and dispose of waste and refuse properly.

Setup furniture, equipment and materials for school activities and functions.

Light maintenance may be required.

Any other duties as assigned by the Head Custodian and/or the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor.

JOB GOALS

Shall be concerned with all aspects of custodial, cleanliness and safety of the building.

Provide an appropriate, efficient, and safe learning environment for students, staff, and community members.

Maintain strong relationships between students, staff, and community members.

Be responsible for supply storage, distribution, and inventory.

Inspect buildings for safety and security.

REPORT TO: Buildings & Grounds Supervisor

Hourly pay rate of $20.26 plus a full benefits package, per the District’s Employee Handbook.

12 month position, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be offered.
