The Ithaca School District is looking for a dynamic team player to be our next Speech and Language Pathologist. The Ithaca School District is a 4K-12th Grade district all on one campus with 350 students in the beautiful southwestern part of Wisconsin.
Qualified Personnel will have the following responsibilities:
-Provide quality, evidence-based speech and language intervention students, Pre-K (including 3-year olds) through high school
-Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
-Develop appropriate plan/IEP to meet each child’s individual needs
-Complete all evaluation, IEP, early childhood outcomes, transition plan, and dismissal paperwork, and attend all related meetings
-Measure student progress through accurate data collection
- Complete billing paperwork for eligible students
- Assist with 4-year old kindergarten screenings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, occupational therapist, and school psychologist
- Serve as a resource to parents and teachers regarding speech and language issues
