Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking a flexible and adaptable individual for an Instructional Aide position at Milton Middle School (grades 7 - 8). The employee will be able to assist teachers with students, supervise lunches, recesses, study hall and before school supervision and perform clerical/instructional duties as assigned.
The employee will be working four (4) hours per day (twenty (20) hours per week). The position will begin
August 21, 2024 and will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m. A starting wage of $16.20 per hour is offered for instructional aides with additional compensation available for candidates with aide experience in a public-school setting.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to collaboratively work well with others (including other aides, teachers, students and parents). The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and demonstrate empathy for children. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required.
