Anticipated Position:  Tomorrow River Community Charter Schools Elementary/Middle Schools Classroom Teacher

Duties: Seeking an enthusiastic individual to teach in a Public Waldorf elementary/middle school. The Candidate will guide and implement curriculum to the needs of the individual child, whilst embracing the unity of the class as a whole. The ability to maintain good parent communication and manage the administrative work required is a must in this teacher led school environment. A love for working with children, working with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive manner and openness for the unexpected are essential. The position will loop with the children until the class graduates (up to 8 years). Commitment to continuing education in Waldorf if not fully certified.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Appropriate Wisconsin DPI licensure for position; 
2. Experience/training/certification in Waldorf education desired;
3. Must have effective communication skills – oral, written, and technological, time management and organizational;
4. Such alternatives to the above that the district may find acceptable; and
5. Acceptable background check.

Contract Amount:  1.0 FTE/ 2024-25 School Year Calendar as adopted by the TRCCS Governance Board/Salary depending on experience. Begin date on or about August 19, 2024.
