Minoka-Hill is a K-12 Behavior Innovation school that is meant to be a temporary placement for students who are struggling with behavior control. We focus on core academics with an emphasis on social-emotional growth and improved behavior management skills. Our student enrollment changes almost daily based on the needs of the district. This position is part of a 2 special education teacher team (5 teachers total)  serving special education students in small classes of mixed grade levels. Individualizing instruction to meet each students’ academic and behavioral needs is imperative. Communication and collaboration with your colleagues will be important as will good behavior management and relationship building skills.
