Related Information About the Position:
The Mosinee School District is seeking candidates to become a member of the Special Education Team at the Mosinee Middle School. The special education teacher is required to identify goals that address educational needs specific to an individual with a disability; design and implement instruction formulated specially for that individual and those goals; monitor and evaluate the individual’s progress toward the goals; and adjust instruction when the individual’s progress is unsatisfactory. The applicant must possess a clear understanding of students with CD disabilities along with the IEP process. The candidate will have the ability to collaborate with community support agencies including social services, DVR, and adult services. The person should have experience in the use of supportive educational technologies along with knowledge of transition skills.
