The Little Chute Area School District is seeking a dynamic professional with demonstrated administrative skills to join an outstanding team of faculty, staff, and administrators to provide high-quality services to our district, our community, and our students. This is a full-time, year-round confidential office team position.


This position works directly with the District Administrator and the Board of Education to provide a full range of administrative, customer service, and project management support. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff, as well as members of the community.

 

Pre-employment screenings (criminal background check and physical) are required by Wis. Stats. §118.25 for all school employees.

Required Abilities and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate ability to work productively and cooperatively with diverse teams

  • Knowledgeable in a variety of technology including, but not limited to: Google Suite, Canva, Website Design, and a variety of social media.

  • Demonstrate strong administrative, organizational, and coordinating skills.

  • Ability to work independently, be innovative, flexible in prioritizing work, and be able to multitask in a positive, solution-focused manner.

  • Be able to meet deadlines for solo projects and follow up with others to meet team goals.

  • Learn, understand, and maintain the District policies database and Board of Education protocols. 

  • Work with and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
