Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative educator to join our team as a full-time Business & Marketing EducationTeacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for instructing students in various aspects of business management, marketing principles, entrepreneurship, and related subjects. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, facilitating class discussions, and assessing students' understanding through assignments, exams, and projects.


Responsibilities:

Preference will be given to applicants who have experience and/or licensure with Marketing courses. This position is highly likely to be correlated with the DECA leadership position which includes additional pay. While a Department of Public Instruction Business and Marketing Education teacher certification is highly desired, applicants without DPI certification may be considered.


Qualifications:

  • Wisconsin Licensure- 1285 Marketing, 1250 Business Education, 1251 Business Education w/o shorthand, or 1281 Business & Office

  • Desire for leadership through DECA Advisor role

  • Flexibility to teach any Business & Marketing classes as needed

  • A desire for future innovating, program development and ongoing department collaboration.

  • Interest in developing community relationships to enrich authentic learning

  • Strong instructional skills with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment.
