Long-Term Daily Substitute Teachers - Vacancy ID: 209979

The School District of New Richmond is looking to hire three (3) long-term daily substitutes. These positions would be assigned each day by the building principal depending on need. Please indicate on your cover letter which level you are interested in:
Elementary
Middle School
High School

If you have an Associate’s Degree or higher, you are eligible to become a substitute teacher! An easy process to obtain a three-year substitute license is all that is required:
Step 1: Submit your application using the WECAN system
Step 2: Complete an approved Substitute Training Program (if you haven’t completed an educator preparation program): https://dpi.wi.gov/licensing/apply-educator-license/sub-permit#Programs (Please keep your receipt as the District will reimburse you the cost of the training!)

Step 4: Complete the School District of New Richmond’s New Hire Paperwork
