Anticipated Openings for Educational Assistants in Special Education at Southside Early Learning Center
Duties of the Position: Provide social-emotional, educational, physical and behavioral support for students with disabilities. You will be working within many different areas of the school, including the classroom, special education classroom, lunchroom, bus, playground, etc. May work one-on-one, in small groups or whole groups while supporting students. Must be able to assist in developing and carrying out very specific and detailed individualized programs for student; which could include diapering and health related tasks. Should be able to lift up to 40 pounds. The job can be physically, mentally and emotionally intense. Need to be passionate and caring for all students.
Benefits package available.Work Schedule of the Position: School year only; 7:15-3:15 Monday-Friday
