The Mukwonago Area School District is seeking an educational leader for our Elementary School Principal position.  Clarendon Avenue Elementary School serves approximately 515 students in grades 4K-6. 

In this position, you will serve as the instructional leader to secure the best possible educational opportunity for our students.  You will take an active leadership role in the continuous study and improvement of all aspects of the school including to increase student achievement and to improve instruction.  A key part of this position is building positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of successful teaching experience and have previous knowledge and experience working with elementary school students.  A Master's degree and a WI DPI Principal license is also required for this position.  The person we seek will have the ability to maintain open communication, promote the school's educational plan, interact with students to encourage each individual to perform at their highest level and promote engagement with staff.
