The Suring Public School District has an anticipated opening for a PK-12 principal. As timing is of the essence, interested parties should apply as soon as possible.

The successful candidate should possess dynamic leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, knowledge of curriculum and instruction, and experience leading faculty to continuously improve student learning while supporting their social and emotional well-being.

This person will report directly to the superintendent and is responsible for, but not limited to, the management of the school, faculty, staff, and students with a focus on instruction, student behavior, staff evaluations, budgets, grants, and safety.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
-Holds or is working towards a master's degree in Educational Administration
-Having or working on receiving a current administrative license from the State of Wisconsin
-At least five years of successful teaching experience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable working with both adults and students
-Willingness to work outside of the school day, which includes but is not limited to evening meetings and possible weekend events
-Willingness to plan/and or lead professional development or other staff sub-committees

The Suring Public School District is in northeastern Wisconsin and has approximately 350 students.
