Fifth Grade Classroom Teacher

Platteville, Wisconsin

The School District of Platteville is currently seeking candidates to fill a Platteville Middle School fifth grade classroom teaching vacancy for the 2024-2025 school year. The position will provide instruction in all subject areas to students daily. The ideal candidate will possess strong literacy and math instruction skills, will be skilled in RTI, and tiered instruction with an emphasis on differentiation.

Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal skills - critical thinking, adaptability, 

productive communication strategies - and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Platteville is a university community (population 10,000) located 70 miles southwest of
