The School District of Dodgeville is seeking a positive, energetic, and innovative Art teacher to join our staff during the 2024-25 school year!  The position is supported by a staff and administrative team that works collaboratively and collectively, ample instructional and technological resources, and an established RtI system.

The successful candidate will: 
- Develop positive relationships with each student.  
- Promote active engagement in a student-centered learning environment through the implementation of an enriching math curriculum. 
- Differentiate curriculum, assessment, and instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Utilize technology for instructional purposes.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Work collectively and collaboratively with staff and administration and embrace the PLC model. 
- Pursue opportunities for professional development. 

The position requires a valid Wisconsin teaching license with a DPI endorsement in Art.   Applicants with multiple licensures (including  Elementary-Middle Level Education, Special Education, Reading Teacher or Reading Specialist) are also encouraged to apply.  Additional experience with co-teaching and inclusion, RTI, and PBIS is preferred.
