The School District of Westfield is accepting applications for a full-time 4K Teacher at Oxford Elementary. The individual should have a passion for working with children and be self-motivated.
Located in Marquette County, north of Portage and south of Stevens Point, The School District of Westfield Elementary offers a high-quality education in a positive environment to all students. Requirements/Qualifications: Must be certified by the time of employment with an Elementary/regular education license that include prekindergarten in the grade levels of the Wisconsin DPI License.
Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to speak Spanish, although this is not a requirement of the job.
Knowledge / Skills:
Knowledge of the teaching of elementary school curriculum
Knowledge and ability to meet the needs of all learners
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Instruction and Assessment:
Analyze data to understand students’ strengths and weaknesses
Provide instruction individually, in small groups, and classroom settings by implementing lessons or instructional activities to meet the student’s academic needs
Communicates regularly with the parents or guardians of the student
Use technology to strengthen the teaching / learning process
Performs other duties as assigned.
