The Hartford Union High School District (9-12) is in search of an innovative and highly dynamic Art teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. To lead with a vision and mission focused on academic excellence, along with a sharp focus on career, college, and citizenship life readiness.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
DPI Licenses in Art#1550

All qualified candidates will be expected to:
- plan and deliver effective instruction to students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods that provide students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate;
- collaborate with colleagues to improve the learning of all students;
- positively engage various stakeholders in the school and community;
- establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students;
- use data to adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests; and perform other related duties as assigned.
