RFPME is looking for an individual that is interested in working in a collaborative environment, with a fun loving, energetic, and welcoming staff. Our school’s mission is to be a collaborative community that supports the development of intrinsically motivated, inquisitive, critical thinking citizens who realize their full potential to serve and positively impact the world. By following the Montessori Method, we promote individualized learning through exploration and inquiry in multi-aged communities to develop the whole child.
The top candidate will be offered a competitive salary and a strong benefits package which includes medical and dental insurance co-paid by the school district and employee, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. The position begins August 20, 2024. Applicants must have or be eligible to receive Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction elementary/regular education teacher licensure. Montessori certification and/or training preferred; individuals who do not possess Montessori certification will be expected to enroll in a MACTE-accredited program to obtain their certification at their expense.
