KTEC High School is a new public charter school that will be opened its doors to students September 6, 2022. KTEC HS is looking for strong, forward-thinking individuals to build the foundation of the school.
Students at KTEC HS will earn certifications that align with competencies identified by industry. This model prepares students for post-secondary education as was as being workforce ready. Students will be empowered to develop a strong sense of character, understand how to function collectively within society and be career and future focused.

This position will be for a Physical Education and Health course. Training in and incorporation of NC3 Personal Protective Equipment certification, CPR, and OSHA certification is required and provided by the school.
This position will also teach a 9th grade Technical Education course with a focus on foundational skills. Training in and incorporation of NC3’s Precision Measurement, Advanced Tool Identification, Multimeter, Electrical AC/DC and Torque certifications is required, and training will be provided by the school.

Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated knowledge of competency-based learning and curriculum development.
