Thorough knowledge of football, experience in coaching football at the high school level, and great communication skills are required. Preferred candidate would have head coaching experience at the high school level and playing experience at the collegiate level. Candidates must have the ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team with student athletes, assistant coaches, parents, and administration. Preferred candidates will possess a passion to work with/educate all student athletes, have a sincere interest in young people, and demonstrate a willingness to become an active contributor to the school culture. Certified teaching license or willing to complete WIAA requirements for coaches not licensed to teach. Certification or willing to be certified in First Aid and CPR/AED.
