Special Education Instructional Assistant (part-time) - Vacancy ID: 194389

The Mineral Point Unified School District is seeking an instructional assistant to join the special education team. This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week). This position will support a student with special education need including building the student's cognitive/academic learning, communication, and social/emotional learning needs through functional life skill tasks. A background in spanish would be preferred, but is not required. Candidates applying for this position should be caring, responsive, and flexible. The willingness to learn from and collaborate with other professionals as well as communicate in a professional and transparent manner is of utmost importance to support students and staff.
